Brett's experience and passion for youth lifestyle provides clients a vital resource for what will connect and disconnect them to their customers. In 2002, Brett was awarded Fast Company magazine’s Fast 50 Award for Fuse’s impact on popular culture. Brett’s role at Fuse includes consulting on client initiatives, managing the structure and process of Fuse's operations and developing new ventures.
Brett's decision to join Fuse in 1996 was a logical step in his career. By the time he finished high school he had developed a clothing brand, launched a computer products sales venture and developed his own vintage snowboards. His entrepreneurial passion continued into his college years at Boston University, where Brett founded the BU Snowboard Team while still finding time to travel across the globe and graduate Cum Laude. Prior to joining Fuse, he competed professionally in snowboarding, worked on grassroots promotions in the snowboard industry and directed youth and snowboard marketing programs at Killington Resort in Vermont.
He has been a featured speaker at the IEG Sponsorship Conference, The Youth Marketing Exchange Executive Conference and the Marketer's Creative Conference and has been quoted in Forbes Magazine, IEG Sponsorship Report and other media.
Brett's interests include snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, fishing, furniture and boat building, gaming and technology.
